A “porch-to-park” neighborhood is our concept for providing easy access to the outdoors and encouraging community building in a secure setting. Trestlewood homes are built with garages street-side and a large covered porch on the park side. This invites residents to open their doors and step onto their porches that lead into abundant shared parks and trails. This concept makes it easy to enjoy the park and interact with the neighbors or just sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend.
Trestlewood celebrates the outdoors and our ability to come together as a community while focusing on providing well-designed and carefully considered homes. All Trestlewood neighborhoods feature abundant shared open space, low maintenance homes and quality construction in secure/safe environments.
Trestlewood has playgrounds, a community garden, a covered BBQ area, firepits, a large dog park, lawn space, walking paths, and more. Outdoor areas are only accessible to residents.
Design elements include open concept kitchen/dining/living areas, a first-floor bedroom, nine-foot ceilings, fireplaces, generous windows that look out onto the park and hard surface countertops.
Trestlewood homes are built with a high attention to detail and quality by custom home builders. Each residence is built with locally sourced lumber, an efficient ductless mini split heating and cooling system, an eco-friendly recirculation pump for fast hot water and reduced water waste, and level 2 (240v) EV charging. The interiors feature a modern gas fireplace & stove, durable Karndean LVP flooring, smart home panels, an extra large stainless sink and full tile backsplash with under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, and premium park-side porches.

An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is an additional residential building that occupies the same lot as the primary residence. Our ADU options all have full kitchens, room for a queen sized bed, private entry, and no windows facing the primary house for added privacy. Trestlewood’s ADU’s work great as an office, mother-in-law unit, home gym, or even a rentable space for additional income.
The Trestlewood Homeowners Association has established rules to ensure the common areas can be enjoyed by all residents. All rules may be viewed via the HOA documents.
Homeowners are responsible for maintenance of their individual lots, however there is no grass to maintain and the lot has been designed to be low maintenance for residents. The HOA will provide all other maintenance, including at the park and all common landscape areas throughout the site.
