Living and working in Washington ourselves, we saw a need for a community inspired by a simpler time where people could sip drinks on the porch or send their kids out the front door to play. But we also knew that including modern amenities that would connect people virtually as well as in-person were important to our residents. We created Trestlewood to be both: thoughtful, modern homes in a warm, inviting community.
